1. Services Description
Frontier Credit Repair provides credit repair and credit restoration services designed to help consumers improve their credit profiles. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Comprehensive review and analysis of your credit reports from all three major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion)
- Identification and documentation of inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable items on your credit reports
- Preparation and submission of dispute letters to credit bureaus and creditors on your behalf
- Ongoing monitoring of dispute progress and follow-up communications as necessary
- Personalized credit education and recommendations for maintaining improved credit health
Our services are performed in compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and all applicable state laws governing credit repair services.
2. Client Responsibilities
As a client of Frontier Credit Repair, you agree to the following responsibilities:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your identity, credit history, and financial situation
- Promptly supply all documents and information requested by our team, including copies of credit reports, identification, and correspondence from creditors
- Notify us immediately of any changes to your contact information, financial situation, or credit accounts that may affect the services we provide
- Refrain from opening new credit accounts, making large purchases, or taking other actions that may negatively impact your credit during the repair process, unless advised otherwise by our team
- Review all correspondence and updates from our team in a timely manner and respond to any requests within the specified timeframes
- Understand that credit repair results vary by individual and that no specific outcome or score improvement is guaranteed
3. Fees and Payment
Our fee structure is transparent and communicated to you before services begin:
- No Upfront Fees: In compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act, we do not charge any fees before services have been fully performed
- Monthly Service Fees: Our standard monthly service fees are outlined in your individual service agreement and are billed on a recurring basis
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment system
- Late Payments: If a payment is not received within 10 days of the due date, services may be paused until the account is brought current
All fees are clearly detailed in your service agreement. There are no hidden charges or surprise fees at any point during your engagement with us.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident in your decision to work with us:
- Right to Cancel: You have the right to cancel your service agreement at any time without penalty. You may cancel by contacting us in writing via email, mail, or through your client portal
- Three-Day Cancellation Period: In accordance with federal law, you may cancel your agreement within three business days of signing without any charge
- Refund Eligibility: If you cancel within the three-day cooling-off period, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid. After this period, refunds are provided on a prorated basis for services not yet rendered
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days and returned to the original payment method
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Frontier Credit Repair shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services
- We do not guarantee specific results, credit score improvements, or the removal of any particular item from your credit reports. Results vary based on individual circumstances
- Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount of fees you have paid to us in the preceding 12 months
- We are not responsible for errors or delays caused by third parties, including but not limited to credit bureaus, creditors, and payment processors
This limitation of liability applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Riverside County, California.
Before pursuing litigation, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may pursue mediation or arbitration as an alternative to court proceedings.
